We want you to love your Madd Cozy gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll help you swap it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

Returns are free on most orders. For unusually large orders, we may ask you to cover return shipping, and we’ll always confirm with you before you send anything back. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always free to return.
